YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy, plainly.
teamday print uses the details you share to answer enquiries, prepare artwork, manage orders and deliver your clothing.
What we collect
Your name, business name, email, delivery address, order choices, artwork and messages. We also keep proof approvals, order records and technical information needed to keep the service secure.
How we use it
We use order information to take steps at your request before a contract and to fulfil orders. We retain necessary business records to meet legal obligations, and use limited security records to protect the service. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Who helps us deliver
Our website hosting and storage providers process information needed to run the site. Our email provider delivers order messages. Couriers receive the delivery information they need. When online payment is available, payments are handled on Stripe’s secure payment pages; we do not receive or store your full card details.
Your artwork and saved orders
Your uploaded files and proofs are private. Approved designs can be retained for your repeat orders. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information or artwork you do not have permission to use.
Keeping your information
We keep information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or order, provide agreed reorder services and meet record-keeping duties. You can ask us to remove artwork no longer needed; some transaction records may need to be retained.
Your choices
You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion where applicable, or object to certain uses. Contact us and we’ll help. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and hosting
We use an essential session cookie when you sign in. Hosting providers process technical access data and may process information outside the UK under their applicable safeguards. We do not add advertising trackers to this website.
