Building your kit
Submitting the order form asks us to prepare your order and proof. It does not charge you or start production. We check the garment, artwork, availability, delivery and any artwork service before confirming the complete price.
Prices and quantities
Displayed garment prices include the selected print. Delivery and any agreed design work are shown separately in your final quote. Orders with 20 or more of any one garment type receive a tailored quote. teamday print is not VAT registered; no VAT is charged.
Your artwork and proof
Please supply artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. Your digital proof and refinements to that proof are free. New design creation or specialist artwork preparation may be quoted separately, with your agreement before work starts. You review the wording, design, print dimensions and placement before payment. Digital mockups illustrate the layout; screen colours and fabric appearance can differ. We will not substitute a different garment without agreement.
Changes and payment
Design changes need an updated proof. Quantity and size changes can be priced without changing the artwork proof, with the complete order checked again before payment. Order details are locked when you approve the proof. Please contact us if you need a change after approval. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue; expired quotes need to be refreshed before approval or payment. Full payment is required before production begins. If changes are needed after payment, contact us promptly; work already started may limit what can be changed.
Delivery
Standard UK courier delivery is £7.95, with dispatch in 3–5 working days after proof approval and payment. Courier transit follows dispatch. For 20 or more of any one garment type, your tailored quote confirms delivery charges and a production and dispatch schedule. Please tell us about a deadline before paying so we can confirm whether it is achievable.
Personalised clothing and problems
Clothing is made to your approved specification, so please check sizes carefully. Personalised items generally cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. This does not affect applicable rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or do not match the agreed order. Contact us with your order reference and details of the issue so we can put things right.
